What an amazing experience it was, sharing with this incredible community that gathered for "Healing the Heart of Imposter Syndrome." The most significant insight from this teaching is that imposter syndrome, unworthiness, and feelings of not being enough might actually serve a purpose.

The remedy for imposter syndrome begins with the honesty of self-assessment—knowing your strengths and abilities. Sometimes imposter syndrome emerges because you genuinely need more experience or training, and other times, it's a mechanism that keeps you playing small. In this ceremony, you will learn which category resonates with you and how to transform these feelings, allowing you to step into your gifts and share them with the world in divine partnership.

I'd like to share some post-ceremonial integration tips with you to help you continue to benefit from the work we did together.

Post-Ceremonial Guidance

After participating in a ceremonial space, you may notice feelings of heightened energy or profound fatigue. Listen to your body and honor what it requires.

1. Stay well-hydrated.

2. Avoid alcohol for a few days following the ceremony.

3. Prepare nourishing food in advance, allowing you to rest and integrate fully.

4. Practice the Art of Noticing to stay tuned into your post-ceremony experiences.

  • Keep in mind that after moments of expansion, there may be a natural inclination to contract and return to what feels comfortable. Approach this transition with gentleness, kindness, and curiosity.

  • Prioritize good sleep for your well-being.

  • Use journaling as a tool to document and explore whatever surfaces for you. Write it out, voice record, create art—choose the method that best supports your self-expression.
